Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we offer a 30-day return policy for most items purchased from Hublotgold.com. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please review the following guidelines:

  1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange:

    • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
    • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
    • Watches must be in the same condition as when you received them, with no scratches, marks, or damage.
  2. How to Initiate a Return: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at contact@hublotgold.com or call us at (863) 698-7528. Provide your order number, reason for return, and whether you would like a refund or exchange. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for returning your item.

  3. Return Shipping Costs:

    • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such instances, we will provide a prepaid return label.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return your item and obtaining proof of postage. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
  4. Inspection of Returned Items: Once we receive the returned item, it will undergo an inspection. If the item meets our return criteria, we will process your refund or exchange. If the item is damaged, used, or does not meet our return guidelines, we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your watch arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately. We will provide a prepaid return label for you to send the item back, and we will either repair the watch, replace it, or issue a full refund depending on the circumstances.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only if the request is made before the item has been shipped. If your order has already been processed or shipped, please refer to our return and exchange policy to initiate a return.

International Returns

For international customers, we offer the same return and exchange policy; however, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties or taxes associated with returning the item.

Gift Returns

If you received a gift from Hublotgold.com and would like to return it, please contact our customer support team to discuss your options. Gift recipients are eligible for an exchange or store credit for the value of the item.

Exchanges

Exchanges are processed based on the availability of the desired item. If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will provide a refund.
